Delivery is carried out by Caprice Flowers’ own couriers throughout Armenia. In Yerevan — 1-3
hours, in regions — within agreed timeframes. Customers are notified in case of delays.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product does not match the order or is damaged
upon delivery. Orders can be canceled before assembly and handover to the courier.
7. User Rights and Obligations
● Users have the right to access all products and services, receive information about
orders, payments, and delivery, and send suggestions or complaints.
● Users must provide accurate information, receive orders on time, and not disrupt the
website.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All photos, texts, and logos on the site are the property of Caprice Flowers and cannot be used
without written permission.
9. Liability
Caprice Flowers is responsible for service quality and timely delivery, but not for force majeure
events (natural disasters, traffic, emergencies).

Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached — according to
